Frequent questions for this Bike Alarm Light!

(Q1): Why the remote controller can not connect the bike taillights?

(A1): Mostly it is causing by the taillight out of power, first to check the battery whether was fully charged? If no problem, then check the remote controller battery whether has power? If both are with power, just paring the taillights with the remote controller accordingly.

Please full in charging before the first usage, otherwise the remote will not work well!!!

(Q2): Why is the taillights alarm not sensitive?

(A2): Do not move the bike immediately after setting the alarm function, when you press LOCK button, need to wait for 3 seconds to hear one “BI’ sound, then you need to wait 3 seconds more it will enter into the alarm mode, In other words, after press LOCK button, the alarming function will work after 6-7 seconds. this design just avoids the wrong alarm when you lock your bike or take anything from your bike.

(Q3): If lost the remote controller, How can I get a new one?

(A3): it’s no problem, you can purchase a new remote controller from our shop.

(Q4): How to connect the new remote with the bike alarm light.

(A4): First, you need to press the BLUE button of backside for 7 seconds, after hearing one long sound “di…”, then the lost remote controller is not able to control the taillight at all.

2nd, long press to the BLUE button of the new remote for 2-3 seconds, when you hear one “di..” sound from the main unit, just press any button from the new remote controller, you will hear 2 times of “di di”, then it is paring automatically.

(Q5): When need to charge? How to know whether battery power is enough?

(A5): Press the remote controller, if you hear“du..du.” sound for 2 times, it means power is not enough.

If the remote distance becomes short, the light becomes weaker, and the sensitivity is not so good, all of these signals are telling you that taillight is going to be out of power. During the charging time, the weak light will be continuously on and turn off after fully charged for 2-3 hours.
