BELSIZE is 100% engineered for kids. We strive to design bikes & gears that could instil kids with a lifelong love for cycling. We replaced the messy metal chain with a maintenance-free and durable rubber belt, used a lightweight aluminum frame for easier maneuver. We want to make sure kids always have access to the happiness from a good bike that could take them on all their childhood adventures to the park or through the woods. Happy Riding!

How did we get our start?

We love cycling. We bike to school, work, the grocery store, or anywhere else when we get the chance. When we had our first child, we could not wait to share our love of cycling with her.

What problem are we solving?

Many kid’s bikes we tested were heavy，brakes were hard to control. After getting fed up with these issues, we set out to create a kid’s bike that would be easier to ride

What makes our products unique?

We replaced the messy metal chain with a rubber belt, which has lower maintenance requirements and is incredibly durable. And replaced the coaster brakes with hand-pull brakes to save weight and provide an easier transition to an adult bike, and utilized a lightweight aluminum frame for easier maneuver.

Belt-Driven: Using a rubber belt makes the Belsize bike grease-free with practically zero maintenance. A rubber belt will not get caught on your child’s pants or shoelace and will not stretch or slip off the gears like a greasy metal chain.
Easy to Control: Instead of wrestling with a heavy bike, this bike weighs a feather-light 12.57 pounds to reduce fatigue and make it easier to ride uphill. Your kid will be able to ride all day long!
High Quality Parts: Belsize bikes use well-known parts like a Continental rubber belt, TEKTRO hand brakes, and Kenda/CST 16-inch inflatable tires. Quality parts you can trust without inflated prices.
Incredibly Safe: Front and rear V-pull hand brakes are easy to learn and safer than pedal/coaster brakes that may cause skidding or sudden stops of momentum when riding.
Quick Assembly: Belsize bikes are 95% assembled when they arrive. All you have to do is attach the handlebars, front tire, adjustable seat, pedals, and a few other small parts before your kid will be ready to ride.
