INSTALLATION TIPS

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Install Batteries (Both Sensor and Bike computer requires batteries).

2. Reset the computer before first use in order to achieve the most accurate results.

3. Install the Bracket of the computer.

4. Mount the computer into the Bracket.

5. Mount the Sensor on the front fork.

6. Mount the magnets on a front wheel’s spoke.

GAP & DISTANCE

In order to get stable magnet induction signals for correct reading, please keep gap between sensor and magnet not more than 0.12 inch.

POSITION OF DISPLAY & SENSOR

In order to get stable magnet induction signals for correct reading, please keep distance between display and sensor not more than 23.6 inches.

REQUIREMENTS OF SPOKES

THICK SPOKES ARE NOT SUITABLE

Thick spokes are not suitable for magnet installation.

FITS MOST STANDARD SPOKES

The bore of magnet fits most standard spokes of bikes.

MAXIMUM THICKNESS OF SPOKES

The diameter of spokes must not exceed 3mm or 0.12 inch.

3 METHODS OF CIRCUMFERENCE SETTING

METHOD 1

Method 1:

You may measure the diameter of the tire of your bike and multiply its value in mm by Pi 3.14 and input it to the bike computer as circumference setting.

METHOD 2

Method 2:

You may turn the bike wheel full round and measure the distance traveled on the ground and input the value in mm to the bike computer as circumference setting.

METHOD 3

Method 3:

Scan QR code for Tire Circumference Chart in the printed Instruction with product, find the bike model you have and input its circumference to the bike computer. 70 plus typical models of bikes and tire circumferences are available. ONLY QR CODES IN PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS WITH PRODUCTS CAN BE SCANNED EFFECTIVELY.
