Compact patch kit

We kept this product small and compact so it doesn’t take up much room in your saddlebag or rucksack. The box is 1.97 inches (5cm) x 2.16 inches (5.5cm).

Quick fix

Our Patch kit is super quick and easy to use! However, it is not a permanent repair. Make sure you replace your inner tube or replace the patch with a more permanent solution such as our Vulcanized Patch Repair Kit.

This product includes two boxes. In each box are 12 round patches 0.79 inches (25mm) diameter as well as a square metal rasp (scuffer).

Find the puncture

Firstly, find the puncture. This is best done once the inner tube has been removed and you pump some air into the inner tube and listen for a hissing sound.

Roughen the Rubber

Now you’ve found your puncture, use the metal rasp to roughen up the inner tube. This helps the patch stick to the inner tube.

Add the patch

You can now add the patch, remove the plastic from the back then add to the punctured inner tube. Hold down tightly for around 60 seconds, you can use your fingernail to ensure the patch is stuck down around every edge.

Ensure the area you are applying the patch to is completely dry and clean of debris.

Done and dusted!

You can now put the inner tube back into the tire and inflate to your desired Psi.

Remember, these patches are only temporary and will need replaced with a vulcanized patch or replaced with a new inner tube after 3 or 4 days
