Job Description
The Online Customer Service and Fulfillment Specialist is a multi-faceted position that revolves around one goal: delivering the absolute best customer service to our online shoppers. For over 25 years we have built our reputation on going the extra mile for our customers at our retail stores—we are extending that experience online and looking for bike-passionate, positive people to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
• Process incoming orders using our electronic ordering system
• Accurately enter customer information and order details in our POS
• Deliver order status with customers using email, phone, and text
• Order Fulfillment: locating the ordered product(s), boxing orders, and shipping
• Communicate professionally in both answering product questions and problem solving with frustrated customers
• Inventory management with spot adjustments and regular counts
Skills and Qualifications Required:
• Customer Service experience
• Proficient use of modern communication tools (email, text, Suite, LiveChat)
• Work at least one weekend day
• Personal, professional, and pleasant demeanor
• This is a very active, in-store position. You will be walking between 2 stores and up/down stairs every day, moving products up to 40 pounds
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated in a fast-paced setting
Preferred:
• Experience with SmartEtailing and Lightspeed (POS)
• Knowledgable with the bicycle, parts, clothing, and accessory brands we carry
