Australia’s McCulloch turns to teaching Nice Britain after observe dash retirement

During Kaarle McCulloch’s 15-year career on the track the Australian was lining up as a formidable rival to Great Britain across Olympic Games, World Track Championships and Commonwealth Games, but in retirement she will instead be aiming to help guide them toward success.

McCulloch, who retired from track cycling as a competitor after the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2021, has been appointed as Podium Women’s Sprint Coach for Great Britain. She will be working alongside retired British rider Jason Kenny, who just last week was appointed as Podium Men’s Sprint Coach.
