Assembly Information

This bike will arrive partially assembled in a large cardboard box and needs to be assembled and tuned prior to riding. Here is a brief general list of what you need to do to complete assembly of any Vilano Bike:

Install handlebars
Install saddle
Install pedals (**the RIGHT pedal is installed clockwise, the LEFT counter clockwise**), use grease
True the wheels
Tune the brakes
While assembly is simple, it takes time and specialized tools which are not included. We highly recommend bringing it to a local shop for a safety check/tuning by a qualified bike mechanic prior to riding and at regular intervals thereafter.
